Diwali

 

today we had to find out the story of Diwali and how did it start. after we had to research and design our own Rangoli pattern.

then create a DLO explaining Diwali. I did have to research about Diwali and what they celebrate and how did Diwali start and the story behind Diwali. I haded a photo too.

today I have been working on my project about saving the world. we had to choses something about the environment and this is wanted.I  chose and I think it's pretty good to  ,do you ??? this explains that look after your world and don't make it a dump. I hope you like my work. give me some ideas about what you like about it.

Painting the christchurch walls to make it a better place

today we have been working on this project about the chch (Christchurch) artwork. what we had to do is we had to answer the question with a very very good answer. Miss Farr went to see how good are work was. if you have done your very very good she would give you house points.I got 50 house points I was very very impressed with my self. for the past week, we have working on how to play capture the flag for awa.its been raining  for a  wee bit so we could not get it done but today it was fine and we got it done thanks to Clara for filming us

coral reef dying

today when got given a subject about the coral reef that is dying. Meka and I worked really hard on this it took us about half of the afternoon and like 30 minutes of the morning made by Emily and Meka 

Four square (how to play)

 four square was invented in 1968 by four girls in the Westmount area of Quebec. 

Equipment:ball/chork

Time: It dependants, on how long you want to play it for.

rules: the ball must bounce once in everyone's square.you can move anywhere outside the square or in your section of the square. The person that is going to sever has to SAY (are you ready) there's a reason for that is the cause if someone is looking the wrong way and you pass to them there going to be out.

how to play: everyone has a square. there's one ball when the ball comes towards you and someone hits it to you, you hit it to another person but you have to hit it underarm.when you get out, you got to the back of the line (behind number one).your aloud to trick people if you're the Queen or the king (in number four).everone has to stand out of the line (just on the line) the amie of the game is to try and stay in number four or try to get people out. how to get people out is hitting the ball incorrectly like catching the ball or holding in, hitting the ball with a body part, not your hand. you need to keep your eye on the ball ANYONE can hit the ball to you at any time.
